The squeegee blades are nickel coated and prezision grinded. The nickel coating makes a better cleaning of he stencil top. It is the best choice for the most stencil materials. The sharp edge of the squeegee allowes to reduce the print pressure which also helps to save the stencil. Other advantages of the blades are the best possible contact to the stencil. For the praxis it means: Lower print pressure, longer life of the stencil and the squeegee blade. Better process performance with reducing "dog ears", reducing of the "slope effect", reducing of the underscreen cleaning process means a reducing of the complete cycle time-- More efficiency of the process.
